FIFTY FIFTY is suing their agency, ATTRAKT. The newly debuted K-pop girl group, who currently have a massive global hit with their song “Cupid,” released a statement on Wednesday (June 28) via their legal representation confirming that all four members are filing to suspend their exclusive contracts, claiming the agency violated their contract terms. “This is an announcement from law firm BARUN, the legal representative of FIFTY FIFTY ’s Saena , Keena , Aran , and Sio ,” the statement begins, via Soompi . “Through their legal representative, the four members filed an application for provisional disposition suspending the validity of their exclusive contracts to the Seoul Central District Court on June 19, and the trial is currently underway.
