Cara Delevingne Defends Herself After Posing Without Her Top for Tattoo Photoshoot
Cara Delevingne is defending herself after being criticized for sharing topless photos showing off her new arm tattoo.
On Tuesday (September 26), tattoo artist Matteo Nangeroni shared a carousel of photos displaying the 31-year-old model and actress’ new body art.
Cara‘s new tattoo is the definition of the Italian word, “dormiveglia,” which, according to Matteo‘s work, means “the place that stretches between sleeping and walking.”

The Only Murders in the Building star has received lots of backlash after sharing the photos. Many people on social media pointed out that the definition should say “waking” rather than “walking,” and they also questioned her choice to pose topless.
Cara has not responded to the comments about the definition, but she did explain her choice to go sans a top for the shoot.
She commented, “Just to be clear to everyone! I chose to take my bra off, the picture didn’t look good with my bra on. I am a perfectionist especially when it comes to photography and I was trying to help make something beautiful. Everyone calm down please. Thank you x.”
Cara recently slammed X (formerly known as Twitter) when it took a long time to get her account back after it was hacked.
